I’m Jason, a runner and video creator from Northern Ireland. Running takes me from familiar parkrun mornings to road and trail race start lines across Europe and the world!

This is where I share the experience as it happens: the good races, the difficult miles, injuries and the satisfaction of coming back for more. From the mountains of Jungfrau to the streets of Berlin, there’s always another story to tell.

My next chapter? London and Copenhagen in 2027 — and the pursuit of a new marathon personal best.
